Trade processing & client servicing operations in Cash Equities

Graduate / Post Graduate with certification course.
At least 2 - 3 years’ of relevant experience in Cash Equities
Excellent communication skills

What you can expect Candidate would be member of the trade processing & client servicing operations team at Mumbai, which is responsible for post execution trade processing, sending confirmations to clients and custodians, reporting of trades on exchange, co-ordination with custodian and clients for trade matching and confirmation , margin monitoring, regulatory reporting. Processing of trades and confirmations to be ensured within the specified timelines. The candidate will have to work with the team to ensure compliance with local and global regulatory requirements. The candidate will have to engage with different stakeholders including Business, Compliance, Finance and Technology for resolving any issues. What you will do
Ensure adherence to relevant SEBI and Exchange regulations/guidelines
NFRR Regulatory reporting to the Exchanges/Clearing corporation
Resolution and escalation of matched and unmatched trades for Clients
Timely response to client queries regarding unmatched trades
Client Fails Reporting and follow-up for new accounts
Evaluate and mitigate operational risk
Liaising with other internal departments to ensure timely resolution of Client fails
Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives Breaks investigation and resolution
