Schedule and supervise Warehouse Associates: Assigned Order Selectors, Receiving, Shipping, or any other Warehouse personnel.
Control production standards, the accuracy of inventory, using proper accuracy programs and systems.
Process store returns and returns to vendors using proper company policies.
Coordinate with Inventory Control associates regarding slotting, product rotation, and space allocation. Maintain daily inventory and accuracy records.
Conduct daily crew meetings to discuss safety, productivity, and accuracy.
Communicate with Transportation on the flow and receipt of backhauls.
Supervise scheduling of inbound load appointments.
Responsible to sign for, sort, and distribute inbound, overnight carrier, and mail service deliveries.
Walk the warehouse daily with Superintendent, to ensure that safety, security, sanitation, and pest control codes, laws, and policies are maintained.
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with all departments.
Experience in EMS & eWMS.
