Location: Mandideep, Madhya Pradesh, India





Position Title: Officer / Senior Officer - Maintenance

Role Overview:

To ensures the effective maintenance and reliability of plant equipment, infrastructure, and utilities by conducting inspections, coordinating repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. This role is critical in minimizing downtime, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and driving continuous improvement in maintenance practices to support operational efficiency and organizational sustainability.

Accountabilities:

Top 5 Core Responsibilities / Outcomes Expected





1. Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with Health , Environment and Safety



2. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement schedules to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment life.



3. Inventory & Tools: Monitor spare-part inventory and of Tools Management.



4. Repair and Troubleshooting: Investigate cause of Down time and Find the Root cause and prepare RCA&CAPA to prevent reoccurrence.



5. Recourse Management: Manage manpower, materials, and machines effectively to optimize productivity and reduce downtime

Qualifications

:





Knowledge :





-Tech Knowledge and Troubleshooting of Tetra Pak equipment: Sterilizer, Homogenizer, Tetra Filler -A3, TBA19, TBA8,CP70,CAP30FLX,&SA30.


Knowledge of MM module of SAP, Electrical Drwg, PLC, instrumentation, and mechanical systems.

Preventive Maintenance: Experienced in maintenance schedules, Asset management, and life-cycle planning.




Skills:




Problem-solving and Break down elimination & Preparation of RCA ad CAPA.


-Performance Indicator like- OEE,IRM, MTBF and MTTR Calculation


Leadership in supervising, delegating, and training staff.




Abilities:




Flexible in handling emergencies and Safety Hazards and Inefficiencies.

Physically fit for manual tasks and varied environments with Collaborative approach in teams and stakeholders.

Experience & Education:

Education:





Diploma / B.E/ B.Tech degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related discipline, preferred.





Experience:





10y+ Diploma in Elect/Electronic or 5+ years BE /BT Experience for Maintenance , technical or manufacturing experience ,Experience with Lean Manufacturing and TPM, preferred
