We are looking for a candidate who:- Comes from a lesser-known or early-stage company (not large brands).- Has prior experience in B2B sales in any capacity.- Demonstrates stability in their career so far.- Is hungry to grow and looking for the right opportunity to prove themselves.- Is not primarily motivated by compensation but by learning and impact.- Has handled end-to-end sales cycles - from lead generation to closure.Required Skill Sets:- Minimum 1 year of B2B or SaaS sales experience.- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Ability to understand products deeply and pitch them effectively.Compensation:- 6-8 LPA (including variable pay)Interview Process:- 2 rounds of discussions with the founders.- Candidates must go through the product beforehand and be ready to deliver a demo pitch as part of the process.
