Job Description

Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, walk-ins, digital platforms, and field visits. Understand customer requirements, provide product knowledge, and present suitable design/solution offerings. Coordinate with the design and project teams to deliver proposals tailored to client needs. Manage client interactions from initial inquiry to closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into confirmed projects. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Contribute to local marketing and promotional activities for lead generation. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and reports in CRM.

Desired Candidate Profile



Bachelor's degree (MBA/Graduate in Marketing or Business preferred). 0-3 years of experience in sales/business development (experience in interiors, real estate, or luxury products will be an added advantage). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client needs and present customized solutions. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally. Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
