Job Description


- Drive sales and business growth for home loans and other financial products.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent revenue generation.- Ensure smooth loan processing by coordinating with credit, operations, and legal teams.- Manage collections and reduce delinquency in early due accounts (EDA) and last 1 year sourcing.- Lead a team of sales executives, providing training, guidance, and performance monitoring.- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal reporting standards.- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
