- Position: Sales Officer - On Roll- Location: Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior, Delhi, Gurgaon- CTC: 4 LPA+ Incentives+ Bonus- Experience: 3 Years experience in sales and marketing- Education: Any Graduate:- Recruit, onboard, and train a team of agents to drive business growth in the assigned area. - Develop strategies to increase agent productivity and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Provide regular coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to agents to ensure optimal results. - Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development. - Collaborate with internal teams to support agents in achieving their sales objectives. - Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in the insurance sector. - Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing a high-performing team. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to drive business growth.
