The role involves field-based sales of home loan products, identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and driving disbursals through effective lead conversion.Key Responsibilities:- Source new home loan leads through field visits, open market activities, builder/channel partner networks, and references.- Meet and engage with potential customers to understand their loan needs and explain product offerings.- Conduct on-site customer visits for documentation collection and initial verifications.- Ensure proper lead management and follow-up to maximize conversion rates.- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for timely loan processing and disbursal.- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets for home loans and cross-sell products.- Maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other potential lead sources.- Keep updated records of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.Key Requirements:- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).- 0-2 years of experience in field sales (experience in home loans/mortgage preferred).- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.- Basic understanding of home loan documents and lending norms is a plus.Compensation & Benefits:- Fixed salary 3 Lac LPA + Attractive- performance-based incentives- Travel allowance (as applicable- On-the-job training and continuous skill developmentWorking Conditions:- Field-based role with regular local travel.- Six-day working week Banking holiday (including weekends, with a weekly weekday off).Aman Bumra HR@8307237705 (ref:updazz.com)
