Diploma / Degree in Safety Engineering / Industrial Safety / NEBOSH / ADIS* Certification in Construction Safety preferred*
Experience
4-6 years of relevant experience* Mandatory experience in Road / Highway / Expressway / Infrastructure projects* Experience in EPC / large construction projects preferred*

Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor EHS policies at project site* Ensure compliance with statutory safety norms & company standards* Conduct daily safety inspections, audits & toolbox talks* Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments & recommend controls* Investigate accidents/near-misses and prepare reports* Maintain safety records, permits & compliance documents* Coordinate with site, QA/QC & subcontractor teams* Promote a proactive safety-first culture across site*
