Role: Officer Quality & Laboratory

Core Activities

:

ISO

:

1) Handle ISO related Audits, Documentation, Procedures

2) Coordinate with all departments for regular ISO related compliances

BIS & International Standards

:

1) Record of all BIS related standards of existing products

2) Ensure up-to-date necessary records of Licensed products are maintained

Monitoring

:

1) Document Standard Measuring procedures and Testing tools applicable for various aspects of in process and Final Inspections

2) Conduct In-Process and Final Inspections and maintain daily records

3) Ensure authentic data records being maintained

Quality

:

1) Conduct In-process quality monitoring (at Plant & Lab level)

2) Conduct Final Inspection (at Plant & Lab level)

3)Maintain records of passed final products on final inspection as well as failed final products and the corrective action done on them

4)Give production a "Clear to Dispatch" certificate for products in final inspection on completion of the inspection and products found to confirm to quality parameters

5)Maintain Records of Quality Complaints received from customers and CAPA generated and ensure CAPA implemented in production process to avoid future complaints.

6)Records of resolution offered to customers to be maintained as well in terms of Discounts, Replacements and costs of such replacements, etc

Reporting and Deadlines

:

1) In process and final inspection to be done daily with in process QC data to be updated real time and Final Inspection to be updated next working day EOD.

2) All Customer Complaint & CAPA data to be updated real time

Qualification:

B.Sc. in Chemistry (or related field) preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
