Monitor
RF / FBD processes
as per SOPs.
Verify
SFG to FG conversion
and documentation.
Conduct
random verification of dispensing activities
.
2. Packing & Line Monitoring
Online quality monitoring of:
FFS-1 packaging
FFS-2 packaging
RT machine packaging
Manual packing
Flavour line packing
Ensure correct
labeling and coding
(batch no., MFG, EXP, MRP).
Monitor and approve
line changeovers and line clearance
.
3. Calibration & Equipment Checks
Perform and document
daily calibration
of weighing balances, metal detectors, and other QA instruments.
4. Hygiene, GMP & Food Safety
Monitor and report
personal hygiene
compliance.
Monitor and report
plant hygiene
conditions.
Ensure
work area and laboratory hygiene and cleanliness
.
Conduct
monthly GMP audits
and prepare reports.
Monitor
CCP and OPRP
as per HACCP plan and verify records.
5. Pest Control & Compliance
Monitor
pest control services
, prepare action plans, and follow up on observations and closures.
6. Sampling & Documentation
Perform
RM / PM / FG sampling
as per sampling plans.
Ensure proper documentation, record maintenance, and compliance with SOPs.
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of
GMP, HACCP, CCP, OPRP
Understanding of
FMCG manufacturing and packaging operations
Attention to detail and strong observation skills
Basic documentation and reporting skills
Ability to work on shop floor in shifts
Qualification & Experience
Education:
B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Technology) or equivalent
Experience:
1-3 years in FMCG QA/QC
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
