Duties and responsibilities
- Reporting Legal Head India
- Responsible for end to end closure of all contracts, transactions and documents.
- Holding independent discussions and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing advisory to business on various legal and commercial topics having impact on the business to ensure compliance with applicable laws, minimizing company\xe2\x80\x99s exposure to adverse events.
- Review and negotiate commercials transactions, frame agreements, contracts, RFP/tenders.
- Manage claims, disputes, legal notices, FIR and litigation matters.
- Research matters for regulatory inquiries and disputes including working closely with outside counsel on various matters related to the company.
Professional competencies
- LL.B./LL.M from a reputed institute.
- 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing sector preferred
- Must have exposure in manufacturing Industry
Personal competencies
- Excellent writing and speaking skills both in English and Hindi is a must.
- Ability to understand issues and provide workable solutions.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Words, Excel, Power point, etc.
- Commitment to work and deliver and have integrity and honesty.
- Team player with ability to work with large business and legal teams at different locations.
