- Handling a team of Demand Generation Associates to generate demand from retail site business.- Enrolling 50 Architects in the Loyalty program and achieving 1 crore in business through service pitching within a year.- Responsible for achieving the monthly business generation plan of all DGAs at the individual level.- Planning and implementing training programs for DGAs on products, schemes, skill development, consumer pitching, and contractor handling.- Providing daily operational reports on DGAs' plan versus achievement KPIs and guiding them to take corrective actions when necessary.- Driving loyalty by engaging different categories of influencers through the DGA team.- Ensuring DGA-wise monthly contractor participation as per targets.- Tracking DGA activities daily, including site visits, dealer visits, and contractor visits.- Ensuring each team member maintains a healthy lead pipeline and proactively addresses any gaps.- Conducting market visits with local DGAs.- Independently managing 50 architects in the base location and driving business through them.- Ensuring timely gift redemption for all painters and contractors in his division.- Handling complaints related to scheme gratifications from painters and contractors.- Communicating secondary schemes to painters and contractors.- Executing new product launches and go-to-market plans at painter and contractor points.
