Looking for a fresher to join our Credit Card transaction team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for candidates with a foundational understanding of credit card processing and a keen eye for detail.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Transaction Processing: Accurately process a variety of credit card transactions, including authorizations, payments, refunds, and chargebacks.
• Data Verification: Verify and validate transaction details to prevent errors and detect potential fraud.
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve transaction-related issues efficiently and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and customer interactions.
• Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting: Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly transaction reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as fraud prevention and customer service, to streamline transaction processing and resolve issues promptly.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
