II. ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE



1. Perform day to day Operation activities of Transaction Banking. 2. Execution of Financial Transaction within cutoff time.






III. SIZE OF THE ROLE

  • All Transaction have financial impact & any delay in processing will lead to impacting the customer and Bank.
  • Validating clearing settlement account with sponsor Bank and time reconciliation.


  • Processing Inward and Outward Clearing cheques
  • MIS reporting to various stakeholders.








IV. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE



1. Business/ Financials
  • To process CTS Clearing within cut-off
  • To carryout financial transaction without Errors
  • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement
  • Processing of bulk upload files.
  • Surplus fund pooling from other bank accounts within cutoff
  • Validating and accounting Bank/CMS charges entries
  • Reconciliation of internal GLs and Cashless repayment
  • Reconciliation of CMS Partners GLs
  • Daily MIS preparation and publishing


2. Customer (Both Internal & External)
  • On time processing customer/branch requests
  • Nil escalation to seniors
  • Support to branches in resolving customer queries/disputes related to transaction banking ops.
  • Coordinate and support other departments in Operations


3. Internal Process
  • Daily reconciliation of internal Control accounts/Office GLs
  • Support in Unit Audit
  • Daily physical Voucher preparation and maintenance
  • Support unit in timely conducting BCP of critical Ops activities


4. Innovation & Learning
  • Mandatory Training modules completion within stipulated timelines.
  • Having domain knowledge on processes.








V. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS




Educational Qualifications

Graduation preferable in commerce




Experience(Years and Core Experience Type)

2-3 years have the experience in Banking Operation




Certifications

NA




Functional Skills

Possess the experience in Banking Operation, CTS clearing, CMS, Retail Forex, Reconciliation etc.





Behavioral Skills

Good writing and oral communication skill. Good Team player.




Competencies

Expertise in Excel, knowledge in Banking application Finacle and CRM
