Monitoring card production TAT
Monitoring Cheque book Production TAT
Statements/letters/notices to the customers
Customer
Resolving Queries raised by the Branches
Resolving queries raised by the Phone Banking
Internal process
Reconciliation of card production and dispatch
Reconciliation of Cheque Book production and dispatch
Sharing the files to the vendor in defined time slots
Rejection handling in CRM
Letters to the customers on Monthly basis
Coordinating with CMIS team to get the required data
Publishing MIS to the branches
Learning and Performance
Attend the trainings as and when nominated for

Desired Qualification
Graduate from recognized Institution.
Desired Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an NBFC-MFI,USFB with good knowledge of Operations and people management.

Expertise on retail liabilities product
Conversant with Microsoft excel usage
Adept in workflow management system

Multitasking ability.

Communication skills- fluent in local language apart from English.
