To support the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks, assisting with recruitment, employee lifecycle management, data upkeep, and ensuring a positive employee experience, while gaining practical exposure to various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Recruitment Support:
Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and hiring managers, and assist with offer letters.
2.
On boarding & Off boarding:
Support new hire orientation, documentation, and the exit process.
3.
Employee Data Management:
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and files (physical/digital).
4.
Payroll & Benefits:
Assist with payroll data entry, leave management, and benefits administration.
5.
Employee Engagement:
Help organize team-building activities, events, and employee welfare initiatives.
6.
HR Administration:
Handle employee inquiries, draft official letters/emails, manage HR calendars, and prepare basic reports.
7.
Policy & Compliance:
Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure basic compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Keen on Learning is a Must.
Education:
PG in HR/PG Dip in HR/Diploma in Labour Law preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication (written/verbal), strong organizational skills, attention to detail, MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attributes:
