Job Description

You will act as the first point of contact for labour related queries from blue collars and contractors.

Responsibilities



1 Organize and maintain personnel records.

2 Update internal databases.

3 Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides

4 Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance

5 Answer employees queries about HR-related issues

6 Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

7 Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms

8 Participate in HR projects

Skills



1 Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS

2 Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)

3 Thorough knowledge of labor laws

4 Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

5 Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
