Qualification:
Bachelors in Administration or Finance
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR & Employee Management
Assist in employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records.
Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Handle basic employee queries and coordinate with the HR department for policy implementation.
2. Finance & Bookkeeping
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation of transactions.
Record day-to-day financial transactions while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Manage petty cash records and periodic reconciliations.
3. Administration & Office Support
Maintain organized systems for both physical and digital document filing.
Assist in preparing timesheets and ensuring accurate timekeeping records.
Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling and correspondence.
Occasionally visit the bank for transactions, deposits, and other banking needs.
4. Technical Skills Required
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
and
Adobe Acrobat PDF
.
Strong clerical and organizational skills to manage documentation efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 years
of experience in HR, Admin, or Finance-related roles.
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
Prior experience in bookkeeping or financial administration is an advantage.
