Job Responsibilities

Manage the implementation of Hikal policies and maintain the discipline standards with the organization as desired / acceptable by the stakeholders. Shall remain prepared for all possible emergency situations and responding to them as per the Emergency Management Plan. Shall be responsible to maintain the high discipline standards within the team members as desired by the organization. Achieve the departmental objectives / targets and Environment Management Plan set by the management. To look after routine maintenance. Maintain critical spares inventory. To monitor site contractors, their safe working and housekeeping by them. To verify the bills of contractors with joint measurement. To raise purchase requisition of project and maintenance material in ERP. Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule and document the same. Carry out breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment's. To monitor site contractors during the Projects & routine activity. Work related to energy conservation. To ensure all safety precautions during the work. Mini-max inventories to be given to stores and ensure that they are available at all time. Engineering scrap disposal through EHS department. All types of work permit and job card management/supervision during the shift hours. Documentation Preparation of ISO9000, ISO14000 & ISO18000, USFDA. Immediate recording and reporting of any deviations or violation of standard parameters. Work allotment to subordinates and supervisors involved in shift maintenance activities. * You will be responsible and accountable for development of next level employee working under you and accountable for their administration approvals.
