Urgent Requirement - Quality Lab Officer (Microbiological Testing) at

Working Shift: Evening

We're hiring a Quality Lab Officer (Microbiological Testing) to join our quality team at

Sukhna Foods

, a fast-growing manufacturer of premium frozen food products.

Must-Have:

Strong knowledge of Microbiology media preparation, plating, incubation, pathogen testing, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Hands-on experience in routine lab testing for food products
Key Responsibilities:-

Perform microbiological and chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products. Ensure product safety and compliance with HACCP, FSSAI, ISO, and other regulatory standards. Maintain lab documentation and calibration logs. Support plant quality control and audits.
Eligibility:-

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology, Food Technology, or related science. 2-4 years of experience in regular testing of food items (essential). Must be comfortable testing non-vegetarian products. Only male candidates encouraged to apply (for evening shift).
