Receiving, analyzing, and prioritizing customer orders for fulfilment and ensuring accurate dispatch of goods to customer
Plan and execute the entire dispatch process, including scheduling, routing, and tracking of shipments.
Preparing and managing all necessary dispatch-related documents, such as invoices, waybills, and delivery notes.
Maintaining accurate records of inventory, tracking stock levels, and ensuring efficient stock movement within the warehouse and dispatch area.
Coordinating with Courier service / transportation vendor, negotiating rates, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to delays or delivery problems.
Ensuring compliance with transportation and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and organized dispatch area, and adhering to quality standards
Maintaining clear and effective communication with internal teams (sales, warehouse, customer service), external logistics partners, and customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any potential issues.
Collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure smooth movement of goods from storage to the dispatch area, and potentially assisting with stock counts and reconciliation.
Maintaining accurate records of all dispatch activities, including delivery schedules, tracking information, and any relevant documentation.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures related to the transportation and handling of pharmaceutical products.
Addressing any issues or discrepancies that arise during the dispatch process, such as delays, damages, or incorrect orders, and finding effective solutions.
Providing regular reports to management on dispatch activities, performance metrics, and any identified areas for improvement.
