Job Description

Responsible for the receipt of Engineering, spares and general material

Responsible for the receipt activity like (Physical verification of consignment, Make GRN in SAP and maintain the stock of these items

Responsible for the bill handling process as per the SOP

Responsible for the issuance of the Engineering, spares and general material in SAP

Inventory maintain for engineering item with safety stock level in SAP

Responsible to maintain bill receipt register

Responsible for physical stock verification monthly basis.

Ensure that the Bill passing stamp put on each bill which are entering and received in register and make concern related to us and bill forward to user department.

Maintain the register of bill handover to user department

Maintain the Physical stock and ledger of those Engg., spare and consumable stock which is not include in SAP

Responsible for Packing material receipt process in absence of packing material personal.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
