5 Position Overview:




We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to join our IT - EDP team. The primary responsibility of this role is to verify i2i (instruments-to-invoice) documents for invoicing purposes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data entry.

6 Responsibilities:



Verify and input data from documents into the company's ERP system. Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with invoicing standards. Identify and rectify discrepancies in i2i documentation. Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any invoice-related queries. Check and authorize the documents updated by other offices, before they can be invoiced. Generate reports on i2i document verification status as required. Update Master database for devices and Customer sites, as per daily requirement. Adhere to data entry protocols and guidelines. Co-ordinate with state offices and stakeholder departments for any discrepancy and for correct data updation.

7 Qualifications and Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline: B.Sc. / B.Com / B.A. Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry, preferably related to Service related operations. (Customer service / after sales service ) Familiarity with Excel, Word and E-mailing. Familiarity with database management systems / ERP Software. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Strong communication skills for interacting with finance and other departments.

8 Salary Range: Up to 3.5 LPA



9 Competency Requirements:



Fast and accurate typing. Data verification and validation Proficiency in transactional document processing (training will be provided) Good communication skill. (Intermediate)

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy in support of our invoicing processes.
