JOB DESCRIPTION


Responsible for execution of Packaging Validation. Preparation of Packing Validation Protocol & Report for validation batches Execution of shop floor activities related to Packaging validation and trial/registration batches. To carry out machine and feasibility trials to evaluate packaging materials and change part for new product. To ensure packing material availability for registration batches and feasibility batches. To archive Validation documents in EDAMS software. Preparation, review and approval of Batch Packing Record (BPR). Preparation, review and approval of Master Packaging Card/Pack style Creation of Master Recipe in SAP HANA system. Creation of Item Codes in Master Data Management tool (MDM) Creation and execution of change controls, investigation and deviation in CQMS. Support in audit response for Packaging Validation.
