Position:Officer - Design & DevelopmentLocation:DamanExperience: 2 - 3 YearsIndustries:Pharma - Medical DeviceResponsibilities:

• Minimum experience of extrusion should be 3 years.
• Handling hot melt extrusion machine and management of manufacturing through extrusion process in core plastic products.
• Planning the feature development.
• Working closely with the engineering team to align them with the requirements.
• Tracking the development progress.
• Developing the verification and validation plans
• Working with the quality team to execute on the verification and validation suite
• Understanding the requirements of these processes through reading and training.
• Ensuring all the correct development processes are being followed
• Creating the documentation required
• Maintaining/ updating design history file
• Learning the new technologies, Implementing in house solution
• Project progress, in case of delay how to speedup
• Resource requirements, Daily task & their status
• Follow-up taken with other departments on project progress, updating URS time
• To subordinate & college about new technologies, new methods , documentation. Technical skills, New product development, New process.
• Testing protocol to different department as per need of projects, in case of any undesired event.
