Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist clients with account-related transactions, such as account openings, closures, and updates
• Proactively identify and address client needs, offering appropriate products and services to enhance their banking experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of client issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
• Proficient in the use of relevant banking systems and software applications
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across different departments
