Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and analyse variances between actual and standard or budgeted costs, investigating the reasons for differences. Participate in the budgeting process, develop cost forecasts, and analyse financial performance. Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement, and recommend changes to policies and procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Efficiency in MS Office tools including advance Excel functions working knowledge. Knowledge of accounting principles, cost accounting methods, and budgeting techniques. Experience with manufacturing processes and production cycles
