Key roles
Single point of contact for existing corporate partners for all engagement
Contribute towards the programmes of World Vision India funded by Corporates through Corporate CSR by liaising, managing key corporate relationships and meeting their project requirements such as timely reports, visits to projects, review meetings and impact assessments.
Win and sustain the trust of Corporate Partners through careful nurturing of partnerships that will result in repeated sustained funding towards programmes of World Vision India.
Ensure superior customer experience for Corporate Partners in partnering with World Vision India.
Key deliverables:
To maintain portfolio of existing corporates and build strong partnerships
Coordinate with Operations team for timely implementation, timely reporting and closure
Be the SPOC for key corporate partners for submission of reports, review of project implementation, escalation of issues during project implementation
To constantly monitor and provide overall support to the project implementation team pertaining to the corporate expectations like quality of implementation, timelines, budget, branding, photographs, impact etc.
Prepare project reports (narrative and financial) and submit reports to corporate on time and with quality
Coordinate with Creative solutions team for preparation of reports and branding requirements
Understand Corporate CSR Requirements of existing corporate partners and submit timely and quality proposals for repeated funding.
Promote Cause Related Marketing and GIK / SIK contribution with manufacturing and FMCG companies
Follow up with corporate partners for timely payments during the course of the project.
Prepare quality proposals for repeated funding in coordination with Pre-sales team and operations team
Coordinate events and activities for employee volunteering with implementation team for both virtual and physical engagements
Respond to corporate queries during implementation by keeping up to date on ongoing projects through project visits and frequent follow up with operations
Attend high-level corporate review meetings to update corporates on the progress of the project.
Provide content on impact stories of corporate projects on WV India social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, blogs etc.
Responsible for preposition the partnership for repeated and sustained funding jointly with sales and pre-sales teams (For New partnerships initiated by Sales team)
Work with Corporate Sales team in understanding key project deliverables committed to corporate (For New partnerships initiated by sales team)
To internally coordinate and provide support to Programme quality, Business controller, Finance, Funds processing team, SCM, Special Projects, Field team, Audit, Creative and Technical team for the smooth execution/completion of the project.
