We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with an understanding of the financial services industry, specifically within the banking space to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic solutions to drive operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive analysis of business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements. Utilize your banking domain knowledge to help identify gaps, risks, and potential impacts on business operations, and propose effective solutions to mitigate these risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, risk management, and compliance, to develop and implement business solutions that align with the organization\'s strategic goals. Develop use cases, user stories, and other project documentation to clearly articulate business requirements and ensure successful implementation of projects and initiatives. Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents, functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Collaborate with software developers and quality assurance teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions and perform user acceptance testing to validate the implemented solutions. Stay up to date with industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory changes in the banking sector to provide valuable insights and recommendations. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications related to banking and business analysis are a plus. Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry, with a strong understanding of banking operations, products, and services. In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and provide meaningful insights. Proven track record of successfully delivering business solutions and driving process improvements in a banking or financial services environment. Proficiency in business analysis techniques, such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, use case development, data analysis and requirements documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project plan). Programming experience in R or Python is a plus.
