Role Responsibilities

Processes

• Should have basic knowledge about the Investment products

• Should have general understanding of the Global Investment Operations processing

• Should have experience in financial transaction processing System.

• Should have excellent knowledge on MS Excel

• Processing and gives attention to assigned task in accordance with the established standards and deadlines.

• To escalate exceptions to the manager

• Upholding the values of the Group and the Company at all times

• Comply with all applicable rules / regulations of the company and group policies and adherence to the organisation's code of conduct.

• Acceptance to new ideas and procedures by remaining flexible and a good team player.

• Handles assigned work load with accuracy and responsibilities to meet SLA

• Adherence to the organization's Code of Conduct.

• Ensure timely completion of all MIS, self assurance checks and all relevant regulatory and group returns

• To identify and report all exceptions on non compliance with standard controls

• To identify and report all weaknesses inherent in the standard controls

• Should be able to provide process improvement plans

• Should be willing to work in flexible days/ working hours/ location as required by the business function
