Should be able to understand fixture manufacturing proceedure. Should be able to go outside the company and purchase rawmaterials for production from the market. Should be from Mechanical background. Should be able to work independently in a rented place from ambattur. Should be reporting to kakkalur own factory once in a while. Should be able to generate revenue independently. Should be able to programme and run M1TR, Lathe and shaping machines. Should be genuine in cash handling. Should be able to handle retail customers.
