Job Description

Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of office premises, showrooms, and service areas. Oversee pest control, housekeeping, and repairs. Monitor and manage security personnel and protocols. Ensure safety measures are in place for employees and customers. Handle government licenses and permits (e.g., trade licenses, pollution certificates). Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. Renew statutory documents on time (e.g., shop licenses, vehicle permits). Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective contracts. Manage service agreements for housekeeping, security, and other third-party services.
