Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees courteously.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain visitor records, issue visitor passes, and coordinate with security.
Administrative Support:
Handle office supplies, stationery, and pantry management.
Assist in vendor coordination for canteen, housekeeping, courier, travel bookings, and office maintenance.
Manage courier inward/outward registers and maintain filing records.
Support in documentation, data entry, and maintaining MIS reports.
Facility & General Administration:
Coordinate for repairs, maintenance, and AMC-related tasks for office equipment.
Assist in organizing employee events, meetings, and official functions.
Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and procedures.
HR & Employee Support (Basic):
Assist HR in onboarding formalities and employee engagement activities.
Maintain attendance registers and support payroll inputs when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Administration/Commerce/HR).
1-3 years of experience in admin/reception (manufacturing industry preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work in a professional manner.
