Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator cum Accountant.
Preferred Key skills:
Proficiency in accounting software (Google sheets, MS Excel)
Handling accounts payable and receivable
Preparing financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
Bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
Managing petty cash and daily cash flow records
Assisting with budget preparation and expense control
Tax compliance - GST/VAT, TDS, income tax filing support
Payroll processing and employee reimbursements
Coordinating with auditors for year-end closing
Office coordination and general administration
Maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave registers
Managing procurement and vendor relationships
Overseeing office maintenance and supplies
Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handling communication with clients, banks, and government offices
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Social media handling skill is a plus point.
