Organization: Manage office supplies, maintain organized records, and ensure the office environment is clean and orderly. Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and sometimes travel for staff members. Assistance to Staff: Provide support to other administrative and management staff on various projects and tasks. Basic Bookkeeping: Handle basic tasks such as tracking expenses and managing petty cash. Equipment Management: Oversee and maintain office equipment like printers and copiers.
