Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally. Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and efficient manner. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Schedule appointments and meetings, and prepare meeting materials. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoice processing. Perform general administrative duties to support office staff and management.
