We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
System & Office Operations Assistant
to manage daily office operations, billing entries, and stock reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, billing software experience, and the ability to handle office tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System & Billing Operations
Operate billing software smoothly.
Prepare
sales bills, purchase bills, and credit/debit notes
.
Enter purchase and sale entries accurately in the system.
Maintain and update all data records regularly.
Support in generating reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
2. Office & Stock Operations
Match purchase goods with purchase bills.
Match sale goods with sale bills before dispatch.
Assist in checking, verifying, and maintaining stock records.
Coordinate with the sales and delivery team for smooth operations.
Maintain files, documents, and daily office records.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduation (Any stream)
Basic knowledge of computers and billing software.
Experience in billing/data entry preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to handle office operations efficiently.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Salary & Benefits:
?8,000 to ?11,000 per month
(based on experience).
