Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, clients, and visitors as required.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical duties as assigned.
Collect and deliver documents, cheques, and parcels within and outside the office (e.g., to clients, banks, government offices, etc.).
Assist the sales and administrative team in organizing files, property documents, and marketing materials.
Ensure proper stock of pantry items, cleaning materials, and office supplies.
Support during client visits, meetings, or events (arranging refreshments, setting up meeting rooms, etc.).
Cooperate with the maintenance team for small repairs, courier handling, and logistics.
Perform any other related tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass or above
Experience: 1-3 years (preferably in real estate or office administration)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Honest, punctual, and responsible
Ability to multitask and follow instructions properly
Basic knowledge of office routines and document handling
Work Schedule:
Full-time (Monday to Saturday)
Office hours: 9:30am to 6:30pm
Salary Range:
As per industry standards / based on experience
