Reception & Communication: Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, and packages).
Administrative Support: Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, typing documents, photocopying, and scanning.
Office Management: Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, place orders as needed, and ensure common areas remain organized and tidy.
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars for meeting rooms or management staff, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal office events or travel arrangements.
Records Management: Create, update, and maintain organized records and databases (personnel, financial, customer information) ensuring data confidentiality and accuracy.
Financial Tasks (as needed): Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, process invoices, track expenses, and prepare bank deposits or reports.
