We are looking for Office Staff to join our team.

Tasks

Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing the calendar for team members and executives.
Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring information is accurate and secure.
Provide support for company events and meetings, including preparing materials and managing website.
Handle incoming communications such as phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Requirements
Any Degree/Diploma
Good Communication Skills in English
