We are a well established investment planning firm with over 15 years of industry presence, offering strategic financial solutions and wealth management services. As we continue to grow, we are hiring for an Office Staff position (female) to empower our team. This role involves back-office operations related to trading, financial planning, mutual funds accounts, and other investment products.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling day-to-day back office tasks, accounts, assisting in financial planning and documentation, managing mutual fund operations/ trading platform as needed.

Coordinating with clients and financial institutions and performing general back-office duties.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (any)

Knowledge of basic accounting and financial products.

Proficiency in English and Malayalam.

Prior experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet)

Salary: negotiable - based on experience and qualifications.
