Office Staff & Sales Coordinator
to manage daily office operations and handle both
online and offline sales leads
. The primary responsibility is to follow up on leads, maintain customer communication, and convert inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should be organized, confident, and capable of supporting the sales process effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming
online and offline leads
from platforms, calls, walk-ins, and WhatsApp.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain proper records of inquiries, quotations, follow-up status, and conversions.
Coordinate with the sales team, suppliers, and store team for order processing.
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and basic documentation.
Maintain customer communication and ensure timely updates.
Support general office activities, filing, data entry, and customer assistance.
Ensure smooth coordination between customers and delivery/dispatch team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Plus Two / Degree (preferred).
Experience:
Prior experience in sales coordination or office work is an added advantage.
Experience in hardware/building materials field is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills:
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle online inquiries and basic computer operations.
Knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic billing software.
Good customer handling and convincing ability.
Salary & Benefits:
