Job Description

Prepare and maintain

bills, invoices, and payment records

. Perform

data entry and record-keeping

in Excel or accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks). Make

follow-up calls

to clients/customers regarding payments, quotations, and services. Assist in

bookkeeping

-- maintaining daily cash flow, ledgers, and financial entries. Manage

emails, correspondence, and documentation

efficiently. Support

daily office operations

including filing, photocopying, and coordination with field staff. Prepare and share

reports

on expenses, sales, and billing as required. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling financial and client data.
