Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Staff member to handle day-to-day office tasks and assist in basic administrative, clerical, and support duties to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle filing, record keeping, and basic data entry. Prepare and organize documents and reports. Attend phone calls and respond to emails. Maintain office cleanliness and assist in arranging meetings. Support accounts or sales departments with basic paperwork. Manage courier, printing, and stationery requirements. Assist senior staff in daily office activities. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:



Qualification: Plus Two / Degree or equivalent. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, typing). Good communication and teamwork skills. Punctual, responsible, and willing to learn. Previous experience in office or administrative work is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
