Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Office Staff member
to support daily administrative operations and contribute to process optimization initiatives in our glass manufacturing/distribution facility. The role combines traditional office support functions with a focus on improving workflow efficiency, cost control, and digital record management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle general administrative tasks including documentation, filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
Monitor inventory levels of glass sheets, fittings, and supplies; assist in procurement coordination.
Maintain and update production and delivery schedules in ERP or tracking systems.
Identify inefficiencies in office or operational processes and propose optimization solutions.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on production output, material usage, and order status.
Assist in implementing digital tools (Excel, ERP, or automation software) to streamline routine tasks.
Support quality and safety compliance documentation.
Handle customer inquiries and assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and delivery documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in administrative or operations roles, preferably in the
glass, construction, or manufacturing
industry.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify process improvements.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
