The Office Staff is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties to support the daily operations of the office. This includes data entry, document handling, filing, scheduling, and providing general assistance to managers, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Maintain contact lists and databases.
Provide general support to visitors and staff.
Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist with basic bookkeeping duties if required.
Ensure confidentiality of company information and documents.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in another relevant role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
