Job Summary:


The Office Staff is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations. This role supports management, coordinates office activities, and assists different departments when required.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain office records, files, and documentation. Assist with data entry, typing, and report preparation. Support in scheduling meetings and managing appointments. Coordinate with staff, clients, and visitors in a professional manner. Manage office supplies and inventory. Provide support to accounting, HR, and other departments as needed. Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and efficient. Perform other clerical and administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate (as per company requirement). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Two wheeler license Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,585.16 per month

Work Location: In person
