Coordinate with students to ensure they are properly mapped to the correct courses and batches, confirming registrations and resolving mismatches.
Monitor and support customer service-related tasks, ensuring student grievances and compliance issues are addressed and resolved.
Oversee branch-level compliance including tracking of student-related issues and raising timely responses to concerned departments or branches.
Collect, consolidate, and share student feedback with relevant departments and ensure appropriate follow-ups are done.
