Handle customer walk-ins and assist with basic enquiries
Prepare and maintain sales invoices, delivery notes, and related documents
Coordinate with sales, service, and accounts departments
Manage vehicle registration, insurance, and RTO-related documentation
Maintain customer records, files, and showroom registers
Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries professionally
Assist in stock records, delivery scheduling, and follow-ups
Support daily reporting to management
Ensure proper filing and record maintenance
